Zusammenfassung

Community Bank Customer Service Representatives have direct interface with current and potential Bank customers. They provide services which include opening new accounts, explaining Bank products and services, solving customer problems, and responding to other customer requests.

The CSR must possess a thorough knowledge of all Bank products and services, fully understand and adhere to all federal and state laws and the policies of the Bank, and able to handle conflict situations.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from high school or GED required; some college or post graduate technical training preferred.
• A minimum of two years' work experience in an area where customer service skills is preferred.

• Interact with current and potential Bank customers to open accounts and explain products and services.
• Solve customer problems and respond to customer requests.
• Adhere to all federal and state laws and bank policies; handle conflict situations.
• Participate in programs to identify new customers and work as a team with the Office Manager.
