EPAM Systems Inc is seeking the first dedicated marketing hire for Frontier AI to shape the market presence and demand-generation strategy with AI labs and organizations.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or NYC area, you will own positioning, craft strategic materials, and drive field activations across conferences like NeurIPS and ICLR, translating complex AI concepts into credible content for researchers and technical buyers.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in B2B marketing within AI, ML, or technical markets.
• Location in the San Francisco Bay Area or willingness to operate across a global organization.
• Ability to translate highly technical capabilities into market-facing content for researchers and technical buyers.
• Experience designing and executing field marketing programs and account-based activations.
• Understanding of the generative AI and foundation model ecosystem and related research themes.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for EPAM's Frontier AI business and its portfolio of model training, evaluation, and post-training services.
• Develop high-quality sales materials and technical one-pagers for AI researchers and program leaders.
• Build EPAM's AI research ecosystem presence by identifying partnerships and leading conference participation.
• Create field marketing activations around priority accounts and research communities to deepen relationships.
• Establish an external voice and content strategy to build authentic leadership content across social media and forums.
