Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a frontier AI marketing leader to shape our marketing motion from the ground up. You will own positioning, messaging and external content across research conferences, with a focus on translating complex AI concepts for researchers and technical buyers.

You will collaborate with product and field marketing teams to drive demand, partnerships and account-based activations, building EPAM’s presence in the AI ecosystem and guiding investments based on research trends.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of B2B marketing in AI or other technical markets.
• Based in the SF Bay Area with ability to collaborate globally.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into market-facing content.
• Experience designing field marketing programs and customer events.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for EPAM Frontier AI products and services.
• Develop high-quality sales materials—pitch decks, narratives, technical one-pagers.
• Build presence in AI research ecosystem and at major conferences.
• Create targeted field marketing activations for priority accounts.
• Establish external voice and content strategy for technical audiences.
• Track frontier model research priorities to inform offerings and investments.
• Partner with sales and SME to support pipeline and messaging.
