EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Frontier AI Marketing Lead to shape the market presence for our Frontier AI offerings. You will own messaging, create sales materials, and drive demand-generation with AI labs and researchers.

You will translate technical concepts for a sophisticated audience, coordinate across product, field, and content teams, and lead conference participation at NeurIPS and ICLR. This is a high-impact, strategic marketing role with global reach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing within AI, ML, or technical markets.
• Ability to translate highly technical concepts into credible narratives for researchers and buyers.
• Experience designing and executing field marketing programs and account-based activations.
• Strong editorial judgment and communication skills for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for EPAM's Frontier AI business and its services.
• Develop high-quality sales materials (pitch decks, narratives, one-pagers) for researchers and leaders.
• Build EPAM's presence in AI research ecosystem through partnerships and conferences.
• Create targeted field marketing activations around priority accounts to deepen relationships.
