EPAM Systems is hiring a Frontier AI marketing leader to shape the go-to-market for our new Frontier AI business. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, you will build our market presence with researchers and technical buyers, and drive demand generation with labs and conferences.

You will own messaging, create sales materials, and lead field marketing programs and partnerships to establish EPAM as a distinguished player in frontier AI. This is a high-visibility, first-hire role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in AI or technical markets.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for researchers and buyers.
• Experience with field marketing, events, and ABM activations.
• Strong storytelling and editorial judgment for scientific audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for EPAM's Frontier AI portfolio.
• Develop sales materials and technical one-pagers.
• Build EPAM's presence in AI research ecosystem and conferences.
• Create field activations around priority accounts and research communities.
• Establish external voice and content strategy for leaders.
• Monitor competitive landscape to inform offerings.
• Collaborate with sales and engineers to support pipeline.
