EPAM Systems Inc. seeks the first dedicated Frontier AI marketing hire to shape our marketing motion and demand-generation strategy. Based in the SF Bay Area or NYC, you will craft our narrative for researchers and technical buyers across conferences like NeurIPS and ICLR.

You will own messaging, develop sales materials, and partner with sales and engineering to drive pipeline while building an external voice for EPAM's frontier capabilities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in B2B marketing within AI, ML, or highly technical markets.
• Ability to operate across a global organization from the Bay Area location.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into market-facing content.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for EPAM's Frontier AI business and its services.
• Develop high-quality sales materials: decks, narratives, and technical one-pagers.
• Build EPAM's presence in the AI research ecosystem through partnerships and conferences.
• Create field marketing activations around priority accounts and communities.
• Establish an external voice and content strategy for leadership visibility.
