Job summary

ScanSource, Inc. seeks a UI Developer II to implement and ship clean, usable, modern user interfaces, building features in React and modernizing existing UI components.

You will contribute to style guides, reusable patterns, and interface standards established by the team. Effective communication with developers, designers, product owners, project managers, and stakeholders is essential to understand requirements, constraints, and user experience goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical front-end development experience.
• Experience with React, Angular, Vue or similar; React preferred.
• Attention to detail with visually polished interfaces and accessibility.
• Proficient with version control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Implement internal- and customer-facing front-end interfaces as part of a collaborative development team
• Build new features using modern front-end frameworks, with React as the preferred framework
• Maintain and modernize existing user interface features and tools
• Adopt and follow established style guides, reusable patterns, and standards for modern UI development
• Implement unit tests and help improve front-end test coverage
