Job summary

ScanSource, Inc. is seeking a UI Developer III in the United States to lead front-end delivery of modern interfaces.

You will build features in React, modernize legacy code, and establish style guides and reusable components for a scalable UI platform. You'll mentor teammates, review code, ensure accessibility and performance, and collaborate with designers, product owners, and engineers to align requirements with technical feasibility and long-term platform goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of production-ready UI development experience.
• 4+ years shipping with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred).
• Strong attention to visual detail, usability, and accessibility.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern tooling.
• Mentor teammates and participate in design/code reviews.
• Git version control and collaborative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end interface implementation as part of a team.
• Build and deliver new features with React.
• Maintain and modernize existing UI features.
• Promote style guides and reusable components.
• Lead architectural decisions affecting performance and scalability.
• Mentor developers through reviews and pairing.
• Write unit tests and improve test coverage.
