Qualifications

• 10+ years of production-ready software development experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or management of developers.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Ability to deliver attractive, accessible, high-performance UIs across platforms.
• Experience establishing frontend standards, reusable components, and design patterns.
• Ability to balance delivery speed with code quality and long-term maintainability.
• Proven mentoring, coaching, and growth planning for developers.
• Strong Git and collaborative development workflow skills.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of frontend developers for internal and customer-facing interfaces.
• Own frontend delivery planning, prioritization, and quality in collaboration with product owners and designers.
• Modernize UI features, tools, and legacy code across platforms.
• Promote frontend standards, style guides, reusable components, and accessibility guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership on React-based development, architecture, and system design.
• Support prototyping, feasibility discussions, and complex interface problem solving.
• Ensure high visual detail, usability, performance, and security in frontend work.
• Mentor team members through reviews, feedback, and growth planning.
• Collaborate with other managers to align frontend practices with broader engineering standards.
