Job summary

TikTok is offering a campus internship with the Monetization Ads Interface Team. You will design, develop and test TikTok ads experiences, while mentoring a focused engineering team and collaborating with product managers and designers to explore next-gen ad experiences.

The program provides hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply knowledge to real-world challenges, building a foundation for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures and software design.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, ownership and honesty.
• Able to commit to a 12-week full-time internship during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and improve TikTok Ads experiences.
• Lead a focused team of software engineers, providing guidance and mentoring.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to shape next-gen ads experiences.
• Define long-term technical roadmap and contribute to team decisions.
• Coordinate with PM and R&D teams globally in a fast-paced environment.
