TikTok is seeking talented students for an internship with the Monetization Ads Interface Team. You will work on challenging technical domains, including large-scale user systems, ads experiences, AI-driven recommendations, and growth strategies, while gaining hands-on industry exposure.

The program offers a 12-week full-time summer internship in the United States, with opportunities to collaborate across PMs, designers, and R&D, plus networking events and professional development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/MS in CS/CE or a related discipline.
• Strong CS fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to commit to a 12-week full-time internship in Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and improve TikTok Ads experience.
• Manage a focused team of engineers with guidance and mentoring.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and other disciplines to explore next-gen ads experiences.
• Take responsibility for team priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Define a long-term technical roadmap and contribute to decisions.
• Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally in a fast-paced environment.
