Job summary

TikTok is seeking interns for the Ads Interface Team to design, develop, and enhance our ads experience. You will lead a small engineering squad, mentor teammates, and work with product managers and designers to explore next-generation ad formats and delivery strategies.

Ideal candidates are pursuing CS/CE, possess strong CS fundamentals and problem-solving skills, and can commit to a 12-week summer internship in 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing BS/MS in CS/CE or related major.
• Strong CS fundamentals and problem-solving ability.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and improve TikTok's Ads experience.
• Lead a focused team of software engineers with guidance and mentoring.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and other disciplines on next-gen ads experiences.
• Own team priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Define long-term technical roadmaps and contribute to technical decisions.
• Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally in a fast-paced environment.
