Job summary

TikTok is seeking a frontend-focused software engineer for the Monetization Ads Interface Team to build and optimize ad interfaces, deliver scalable frontend solutions and collaborate with PM/R&D globally. You will tackle large-scale systems, AI-driven recommendations, and SMB advertiser growth strategies.

Successful candidates should be finishing or have completed degrees in CS with strong CS fundamentals and experience with JavaScript and React or Vue. Onboarding before year-end is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design).
• Experience with JavaScript ES5+ and at least one frontend MV* framework.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and improve TikTok Ads software.
• Optimize Ads frontend interfaces and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally to meet project goals.
• Manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
