Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in Go, C/C++, Python, and Java.
• Strong problem-solving, data structures, and algorithms knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of a large-scale Ads system.
• Develop state-of-the-art software engineering projects.
• Own key targeting components or strategies in the TikTok ads monetization ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product and business teams on product vision.
