Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a positive demeanor in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrance/exit and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet every customer with a warm, energetic greeting and promote a sense of control and security.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and safety practices.
