Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention associate to deter theft at the front of the store, wear a body worn camera, and support store teams. You will greet customers, report incidents, and help maintain safety and policy compliance in a dynamic retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, decision-making, and time-management skills, with 0–2 years in retail or security, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear the approved uniform including Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Respond to customer requests by referring to management or customer service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
