Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-line Loss Prevention professional to support District LP and store management. You will wear a Body Worn Camera, deter theft, greet customers, and refer requests to management while maintaining company policies and a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities include standing at the front, responding via radio, reporting incidents, and completing safety checks with management. Requires 0–2 years in retail or security and strong communication skills.

• Ability to take initiative and work well independently.
• Prioritize and organize workload and manage time effectively.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• 0-2 years retail or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a complete Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers politely and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Respond to customer requests for assistance via store radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
