Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Las Vegas is hiring a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, support store leadership, and protect the company brand. You will wear a Body Worn Camera, greet customers, and help manage daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to deter loss/dishonesty.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide and follow procedures.
• Wear the approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to management or customer service when needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
