The TJX Companies, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH seeks a front-of-store associate responsible for deterring loss, maintaining a professional stance, and assisting shoppers.

You will wear a body worn camera, monitor for suspicious activity, and support store security and management in daily operations. The role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently for 0–2 years of retail or security experience.

• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• 0-2 years of retail or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a complete Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Position at the front of the store or in a department and be visible.
• Refer customer requests to store management or customer service via company radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Conduct a closing safety sweep with management.
• Adhere to all Company Policy and Procedure.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
