Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate at our Orlando, FL location to deter theft and support store safety.

You will wear a body worn camera, maintain a visible presence at the front of the store, and assist customers while following all company policies. Ideal candidates bring 0–2 years in retail or security, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with sound judgment to protect staff and customers.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years retail or security experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence at the front of the store to deter theft.
• Wear the Company approved uniform and Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and assist via store management or customer service channels.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform closing safety sweeps and adhere to policy and procedures.
