Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Orlando, FL is hiring for a Loss Prevention/Front-of-Store role. You will help prevent theft with a body worn camera, maintain a visible presence at the front of the store, assist customers, and partner with store teams to safeguard our brand.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years retail or security experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper front-of-store position and act as a visual deterrent.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers, assist or refer to management as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or management.
• Complete safety sweeps and adhere to Company policies.
