Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Vineland, NJ is seeking personnel to support loss prevention operations. The role focuses on deterring theft, camera wear, and assisting customers while maintaining store safety and policy adherence.

You will wear a Body Worn Camera, greet customers, and coordinate with store teams. Prior retail or security exposure is welcome; excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
