Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking team members to support store operations, deter loss, and keep customers safe. The role includes working at the front of the store, wearing a Body Worn Camera, and coordinating with management to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to handle shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years retail or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss or dishonesty.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and provide courteous service.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Conduct closing safety sweeps with management.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
