Job summary

Marshalls in Moorestown, NJ is hiring for a Loss Prevention Associate. The role supports store management in preventing loss, maintaining safety, and protecting the TJX brand. You will wear a body worn camera and engage customers with courtesy while staying vigilant for incidents.

Required are strong communication and decision-making skills, the ability to work independently, and the stamina to stand for long periods. Prior retail or security experience (0–2 years) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and dishonesty.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to management or customer service as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweeps with management.
