Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, monitor the front of the store with a body worn camera, and support a safe customer shopping experience in Wilmington, DE. You’ll work with store teams to protect the brand and ensure compliance with policies.

The role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to stand for long periods. 0–2 years in retail or security is preferred; starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.60 per hour.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of retail or security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide and wear a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers courteously and refer requests to management or service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a member of management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management and follow policy/procedure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
