Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of Benihana chef training program.
• Previous chef/cook experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and ensures timely service.
• Perform cooking show for tables and interact with guests.
• Prepare foods per portion standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and hibachi areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and equipment upkeep.
• Ensure safe food handling and storage according to FIFO.
