State Street seeks a Dedicated Client Product Support Specialist to drive post go-live success for CRIMS. You will define requirements, configure the system, train users, test workflows and resolve issues, leveraging 3+ years in finance and CRIMS familiarity.

Role involves Boston/Burlington hybrid work, frequent travel to client sites in US/Canada, and collaboration with product teams to enhance the platform.

Qualifications

• Three years hands-on experience in the financial industry.
• Experience leading the implementation or support of Front, Middle or Back Office Investment Management systems.
• Experience with customer-facing consulting or software vendor roles.
• Technical understanding of multi-tier architectures and relational databases.

Responsabilités

• Assist and coordinate support issues reported by the customer for CRIMS post go-live.
• Provide consultative guidance on customer use based on requirements and workflows.
• Analyze requirements and provide product guidance during post-go-live journey; assist with small projects.
• Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and best practices for implementation and operation.
• Monitor customer requirements and identify potential enhancements to Charles River solutions.
• Document defects and assist in the resolution process with clear descriptions.
