Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Functional Application Support professional to assist CRD customers in Fixed Income and Derivatives. The role involves diagnosing issues, providing training, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to translate client needs into actionable feedback.

You will work with senior stakeholders, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Medium to advanced fixed income and derivatives product knowledge; understanding of Trade Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Function as a central support representative for Fixed Income and Derivatives, translating client needs into feedback and solutions.
• Provide technical support by diagnosing issues, resolving inquiries, and delivering guidance and training.
• Investigate complex technical problems including third-party integrations and develop effective workarounds.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions.
• Support special projects and additional duties to support team objectives.
