Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering talent sourcing/recruiting solutions in-house, RPO, or agency environments.
• Direct experience sourcing revenue-generating talent within Banking, Wealth, or Markets.
• Strong understanding of Front Office / revenue-generating roles within financial services.
• Expert knowledge of talent sourcing and resourcing practices; ability to locate and engage passive and active candidates.

Aufgaben

• Partner with hiring managers and recruitment partners to develop and execute talent sourcing strategies.
• Take ownership of delivering qualified candidate pipelines for assigned searches.
• Source, identify, engage, and attract active and passive candidates across Front Office and revenue-generating functions.
• Build and maintain networks of talent across priority disciplines, markets, and financial services organizations.
• Perform market mapping and provide talent market intelligence, including compensation trends and market conditions.
• Collaborate with Executive Search on targeted and complex searches.
• Screen candidates effectively while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process and maintain engagement throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide talent-market insights to hiring managers and recruiters across North America and EMEA.
• Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, social media, databases) for candidate attraction.
• Develop pipelines and candidate communities for recurring hiring needs.
• Monitor sourcing performance against quality/time/cost measures and seek improvements.
• Ensure recruiting policies and best practices are followed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for sourcing and candidate experience.
