Motion Recruitment is helping a global bank in Jacksonville, FL, hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month contract with a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite per week). The role involves leading full-cycle recruiting for front-office positions across NAM and LATAM and partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing plans.

You will source candidates via social networks, advise on talent strategy, and manage offers with compensation rationale while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of recruitment experience including full-cycle hiring for front-office or client-facing roles.
• Experience in a large, complex financial services organization.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor within a consultative recruitment model.
• Proven track record of sourcing through social media and digital networks.
• Working knowledge of complex compensation structures and relocation packages.
• Leadership and project management capabilities.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for front-office roles across NAM and LATAM, from briefing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build sourcing plans using direct outreach, agencies, and referrals.
• Source and screen candidates through social networks to build strong talent pipelines.
• Advise hiring managers on talent strategy and candidate selection decisions.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer process with clear compensation rationale.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout each search.
• Monitor recruitment activity to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
