Job summary

Responsibilities include building networks, screening candidates to company standards, and driving metrics to improve hiring outcomes, while engaging with internal executive search as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing in-house, RPO, or recruitment agency environments.
• Proven ability to identify and attract passive and active candidates at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of candidate attraction channels and sourcing techniques.
• Experience with Workday and Eightfold is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to manage talent sourcing processes.
• Own delivery of candidate pipelines for assigned requisitions.
• Build and maintain networks of candidates in key markets.
• Provide high‑quality market intelligence to support hiring.
• Work with internal executive search function as needed.
• Screen and engage candidates per company standards.
• Track metrics and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
• Give feedback on talent markets across NA to stakeholders.
• Follow recruitment policies and best-practice sourcing guidelines.
