Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support a globally renowned bank in Jacksonville, FL. This contract role offers 2-3 days on-site per week and potential for extension as recruitment initiatives align with the business strategy.

You will partner with hiring managers and recruitment partners to build pipelines, screen candidates, and deliver high-quality market intelligence across North America and global markets.

Qualifications

• Direct delivery sourcing experience across in-house, RPO, or recruitment agencies.
• Sourcing revenue-generating hires in Banking, Wealth, or Markets.
• Proactive, expert-level resourcing market practices.
• Sourcing via social media, Boolean, and X-ray searching.
• End-to-end candidate management through recruitment processes.
• Strong candidate attraction channels and networking.
• Credibility with candidates and leaders; ability to influence outcomes.
• Subject matter expert with market intel, referrals and pipelines.
• Ability to manage complex sourcing and research assignments.
• Proven ownership and accountability for deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and partners to run talent sourcing processes.
• Own delivery of candidate pipelines for assigned requisitions.
• Build and maintain networks in priority disciplines and markets.
• Provide high-quality market intelligence on structure, comps, and trends.
• Partner with in-house Executive Search as needed.
• Screen and engage prospective candidates per company standards.
• Improve outcomes across time, cost, and quality of talent acquisition.
• Give feedback to stakeholders on market insights in global contexts.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and best practices.
