Job summary

Alterra’s Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, CA, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee Front Office Representatives, assist in training, and help resolve guest issues during shifts.

You will act as manager when needed, ensuring smooth front desk operations. Requirements include a high school diploma and 2+ years of front desk experience with computer literacy.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with two or more years experience in operation of a hotel front desk, including night audit.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Juniper Springs Resort Front Office Representatives during assigned shift.
• Assists the Management Team in establishing and implementing training programs.
• Represents the management in solving guest problems regarding policies and procedures.
• Performs the duties of the Manager during periods when other Management Team members are not available.

A little about this position:

• Supervises the Juniper Springs Resort Front Office Representatives during assigned shift.
• Assists the Management Team in establishing and implementing training programs.
• Represents the management in solving guest problems regarding policies and procedures.
• Performs the duties of the Manager during periods whenotherManagement Team members are not available.

NOTE: Schedules vary, including day and evening shifts.

Requirements:

• High school graduate with two or more years experience in operation of a hotel front desk, including night audit.
• Responsibilities in a major full service resort hotel.
• Computer literate.
• Six to twelve months training and supervisory experience.

Hourly pay rate: $22.50 to $25.50
