Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Front Office Supervisor in Mammoth Lakes, CA to oversee the Juniper Springs Resort Front Office team, assist with training, and resolve guest issues in line with policy. The role supports managers when needed and requires experience at a full-service resort front desk, including night audit.

• Performs the duties of the Manager during periods when other Management Team members are not available.

A little about this position:

• Supervises the Juniper Springs Resort Front Office Representatives during assigned shift.
• Assists the Management Team in establishing and implementing training programs.
• Represents the management in solving guest problems regarding policies and procedures.

NOTE: Schedules vary, including day and evening shifts.

Requirements:

• High school graduate with two or more years experience in operation of a hotel front desk, including night audit.
• Responsibilities in a major full service resort hotel.
• Computer literate.
• Six to twelve months training and supervisory experience.

Hourly pay rate: $22.50 to $25.50
