Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead day-to-day front desk operations at our Fort Benning location. You will supervise the front office team, ensure service standards are met, and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver luxury guest experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and at least two years in front office leadership, with strong English communication. Availability for varied shifts and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• Two years front office/guest services experience with supervisory exposure.
• Fluent English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office staff and schedule coverage.
• Monitor labor costs and help meet revenue goals.
• Ensure staff are trained on systems, security and cash handling.
• Provide prompt, professional guest service and handle complaints.
• May act as manager on duty during shifts.
• Coordinate with departments (Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Catering, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance).
• Interact with guests and regulatory agencies regarding safety and service standards.
