Thompson Houston is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to help lead the hotel's opening team in this luxury property. You will oversee guest registration, coach front desk staff, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver exceptional service and a memorable guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of hotel front desk experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the stamina to stand for long periods. Hyatt standards guide our service culture and guest interactions.

• Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations - at least 1 to 2 years in a hotel front desk role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach front office associates in guest registration and hotel services.
• Support senior leadership with management responsibilities including scheduling, payroll and interviewing.
• Ensure guest experiences through communication of hotel services and promotions.
• Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries.
