Job summary

Thompson Houston is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to help lead the hotel's opening team in this luxury property. You will oversee guest registration, coach front desk staff, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver exceptional service and a memorable guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of hotel front desk experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the stamina to stand for long periods. Hyatt standards guide our service culture and guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest experiences through communication of hotel services and promotions.
• Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries.

Job Description

This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.

Front Office Supervisors lead the agents whom are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
