Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent at the Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas. You will provide friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and information to guests, colleagues, and visitors.

The role is full-time with weekend availability preferred and a pay rate of $18 per hour. You will be part of Benchmark Hospitality operations at the DU campus, enjoying perks and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
• Good computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guest in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
• Check guest out ensuring satisfactory stay at the hotel.
• Be knowledgeable of all the services provided by the hotel to answer guest questions.
• Assist with answering phones and distributing guest luggage.
