Job summary

The Founders Inn & Spa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Virginia Beach is seeking a Front Office Supervisor. This on-site leadership role focuses on guiding the Front Desk daily operations, delivering warm guest service, and developing team members to uphold Hilton standards.

We offer a competitive pay range of $16.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience, plus benefits such as weekly pay, 401(k) matching, health coverage, travel program, and tuition remission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year front desk hotel experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling guest concerns and service recovery.
• Knowledge of front office procedures: reservations, check-in/out, room assignments, cash handling.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with computers and hotel PMS.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, team members, leadership.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
