The Founders Inn & Spa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking friendly Front Desk Agents for both full-time and part-time roles. You’ll welcome guests, manage reservations, handle payments, and deliver Hilton-level service while guiding guests to local experiences in Virginia Beach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education or training.
• Previous hospitality, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to perform essential guest service responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable first impressions by welcoming guests with genuine hospitality and handling check-in/out.
• Deliver Hilton-level service with professionalism and personalized guest care.
• Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and group room arrangements.
• Handle guest transactions including payments and account balancing.
• Recognize Hilton Honors members and apply program benefits.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and involve management when needed.
• Recommend local dining, attractions, and activities for Virginia Beach area.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests.
• Support retail operations at the sundries shop.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, and other teams for seamless experiences.
