Ideal candidates have a friendly personality, strong communication, and a willingness to learn Hilton reservation systems; weekend/holiday shifts may be required; competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to learn hotel reservation systems and operate with hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality during check-in and check-out.
• Assist with reservations, modifications, and group room arrangements.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Acknowledge Hilton Honors members and apply benefits.
• Resolve guest requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Offer local recommendations for Virginia Beach.
• Promote hotel amenities and services.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments.
