Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for Juniper Springs Resort in Mammoth Lakes, CA. You will supervise front desk representatives, help establish and implement training programs, and act as a manager when other leaders are unavailable. Schedules vary, including day and evening shifts.

The position requires a high school diploma with 2+ years in front desk operations, including night audit, and supervisory experience. Computer literacy is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years of front desk operations experience, including night audit.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with hotel front desk operations.
• Six to twelve months of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Juniper Springs Resort Front Office Representatives during assigned shift.
• Assists the Management Team in establishing and implementing training programs.
• Represents the management in solving guest problems regarding policies and procedures.
• Performs the duties of the Manager during periods when other Management Team members are not available.

Requirements:

• High school graduate with two or more years experience in operation of a hotel front desk, including night audit.
• Responsibilities in a major full service resort hotel.
• Computer literate.
• Six to twelve months training and supervisory experience.
