Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee front desk, bell, valet and concierge operations in the absence of the Front Desk Manager.

This role leads guest service, employee relations, training and purchasing as needed, and serves as manager on duty to ensure seamless service and a welcoming guest experience in the mountain resort environment.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel front desk and reservations operations.
• Minimum of 6 to 12 months of supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Sirius and Visual One.
• Excellent communication, professional demeanor and appearance.

A little about this position:

Requirements:

Hourly pay rate: $25.00 to $26.13
