Job summary

Mammoth Mountain in California is seeking a guest relations professional to greet and register guests, manage room inventory, and oversee overnight operations as Manager-on-Duty. You will monitor hotel activity and coordinate responses to any emergencies to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and at least 6 months in public or guest relations, with hourly pay of $21.00 to $22.50 plus an overnight differential.

A little about this position:

Greets, registers Guests, and sells rooms available in inventory. Monitors Hotel activity, serving as Manager-on-Duty overnight. Responsible for coordination of any emergency situations. Typical schedule is 11:00pm to 7:30am.

Requirements: High school graduate with general business office training or equivalent experience. Basic computer skills required. Minimum of 6 months experience in public or guest relations service.

Hourly pay rate: $21.00 to $22.50 plus overnight differential
