Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for the Courtyard Sarasota University Park, FL. The role oversees front desk operations and supports hotel management to ensure exceptional guest service.

The candidate will supervise front office staff, manage reservations, handle guest interactions, and coordinate shift coverage. Prior supervisory and customer service experience in a hotel setting are preferred, with strong computer skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required (1-2 years) in a hotel setting.
• Customer service experience preferred in hotels.
• Hotel brand experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front office operations and assist management.
• Supervise front desk staff; plan, assign and direct work.
• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out in the PMS.
• Take reservations and input/update entries in the system.
• Handle cash and credit transactions at the property.
• Identify guest needs and provide information on services.
