Job summary

Buffalo Lodging Associates seeks a Night Auditor for Courtyard Sarasota University Park. The role supports overnight front desk operations, balances daily transactions, and assists guests with services.

The candidate should have hotel guest service experience; Marriott exposure is a plus, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in a property management system, Word, and Excel is preferred. Overnight hours and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• Marriott experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history, subject to company approval.
• Typical Schedule: Overnight, 11 PM–7 AM.
• Weekend availability needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out using the property management system, collecting and storing pertinent information.
• Handle cash, credit card information, and hotel transactions.
• Identify guests' needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities; respond to guest requests promptly.
• Take reservations and input information into the hotel management system; update or cancel reservations as requested.
• Organize previous shift paperwork, close and balance room accounts and vouchers, and run night audit reports.
