Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a hotel setting is preferred.
• Hotel front desk familiarity is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel are preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising front office operations to ensure superior service.
• Foster a positive work environment between front desk staff and management.
• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out in the PMS system.
• Manage reservations, enter data, and update/cancel as requested.
