Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach associates to corporate standards and brand values.
• Oversee operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to protect guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Balance accounts, perform audits, and manage front office financial tasks.
