HHM is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee hotel front office operations in the absence of the General Manager and during off-peak times. You will lead and develop associates, ensure service standards, and coordinate with department managers to maintain smooth hotel operations.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, safety, and readiness to fill staffing gaps across departments as needed. Strong knowledge of front office functions and a hospitality mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of front office operations.
• Experience in hotel operations or hospitality required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office operations in absence of GM/AGM.
• Supervise night audit functions and audits when needed.
• Interview, train, schedule, coach and support associates.
• Resolve guest issues and monitor service quality.
• Ensure safety procedures and MSDS/OSHA compliance.
