Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations through Microsoft Office programs and team collaboration.
• Maintain a professional and organized front desk area ensuring clients and guests feel welcome.
• Optimize operations processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Identify ways to improve guest and fellow employee experience.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Train new employees and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Interact with clients and suppliers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Self-motivated, using problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges.
• Track and report on operational performance.
• Maintain policy and procedures documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to work in the Dallas office as this is not a remote position
